STARR student houses website design
STARR student houses only had a very basic website to showcase their student homes in Canterbury so they came to us to create a new website design that would reflect their new brand/identity and offer a way for them to manage the student houses online. STARR needed a way to stay up-to-date with property details and availability so that time spent on the phone was reduced and enquiries coming in would be better qualified. kc web design have created a new website for STARR that allows them to showcase all their Canterbury properties and manage those properties and enquiries online.

What we did
The home page was designed to focus the start of the user journey on the properties themselves while showing how different STARR are in their marketplace. Users can compare properties, see availability and get in touch to make appointments for viewings. STARR can also manage all aspects of the properties and easily change availability and details to keep up with the fast changing market.
How it helped
The new STARR Canterbury student housing website has given STARR much more control over their properties online and improved the type of enquiry coming from the website via forms and telephone calls. Students contacting STARR already know what houses and rooms are available and so valuable time is saved. Google rankings have also been improved in the natural search listings as so PPC costs can be reduced over time. The website was built using WordPress to enable STARR to easily access content and images which has allowed STARR to keep the website and property availability up-to-date.
