Fujitsu’s flagship digital experience, ActivateNow, is a huge 3-day event each year including seminars, keynote talks, guest speakers and much more.
We were asked to design the website for ActivateNow last year (and again in 2022) while Fujitsu was in the middle of a huge rebranding exercise. We had to start the designs before Fujitsu had even finalised the new brand!
Organisation, engagement and flow
It was important that the ActivateNow website communicated the huge scope of the event while not overloading the user with too much information. Most information would be contained in a single page with a few sub pages containing additional information for speakers and break-out sessions, etc. The main goal here was to organise the content and present it in an engaging way while keeping a good flow in what would turn out to be quite a long page.
